User Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using The Billiard Spot. This agreement governs your use of the platform and constitutes a legally binding contract between you and The Billiard Spot, Inc.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Billiard Spot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and promptly update any changes to your information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant The Billiard Spot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
4. Marketplace Transactions
The Billiard Spot provides a platform for users to buy and sell billiards equipment. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. Users transact at their own risk.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; use the Platform for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; use automated tools to scrape or collect data; circumvent any security measures; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Billiard Spot name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, our Forum Rules, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or for any transactions between users.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Billiard Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
